John Oliver Stuffs`

Today we a kind of an unplugged day because there's barely anybody here because they're "sick" conveniently on the day of the Giants Parade. We had fun too, however. Henry showed us a couple John Oliver vids and as funny as they were, he brought up some pretty good points. The first video was about net neutrality. He talked about cable companies and how they are attempting to make us pay for faster internet. I am solely against it. But I guess so are a lot of people. The other video was about native advertising. I personally dont see that big of an issue with this but yeah

  1. " Only a free and unrestrained press can effectively expose deception in government."
Hugo L. Black, (New York Times Company v. United States, 1971).

Native advertising takes away the power of the press, and puts it into the hands of big corporations.
